FISHING REPORT 7/24 Lake Level 706.77 Water Temp-86 Water Clarity-Good Crappie-Are hitting the typical Summer time flats pretty heavy. Look for tree rows and isolated trees on the flats. The quality has been great but some days they are a little finicky. They're feeding on shad pretty heavy so if you get in an area that your seeing a lot of fish and shad but the crappie won't bite, move. Some areas they bite good and some they don't. I've been fishing in 8 to 20 feet of water

Lake Level 705.91 Water temp 57° Clarity: Light Stain Crappie-Fishing has been fantastic this week, excellent quality and a great bite! Fish have been in the creeks from the mouth to halfway back mostly. Been staying in 12 to 25 feet of water, most fish have been about 8 feet deep. We've been using Palmer's Custom Baits all week.
