Fishing Report from Josh Jackson 04.17.24
Crappie - Fish are starting to hit the banks! Fish a 1/16 oz jig under a cork one foot deep. Early in the morning and late evening have been best for me. I've also been fishing in 10 to 20 feet of water fishing 8 to 10 feet deep using jigs and minnows.
Bass - Fish creeks and pockets using spinner baits, jigs and squarebills. The Bass bite has been pretty good the last couple of weeks.
White Bass - Fish wind blown chunk rock banks and points using crankbaits.
Catfish - Fish flats in 6 to 15 feet of water using cut shad.
