10/25/2020 Final Fishing Report for Season

We've had some tough weather...wind, cold and drizzle, something different every day it seems. The temperature swings may be behind us, we shall see. Truman is still low, but consistently at 704.22' through October so far (about 1'-9" below normal pool).

Crappie - Fish the flats and the mouths of the creeks. The Fall bite can be a lot of fun and the lake is beautiful this time of year! Fish in 8 to 15 feet of water fishing 8 to 12 feet deep using minnows.

Bass - Fish creeks and pockets using buzz-baits early and switch to spinnerbaits and chatter-baits after mid morning.

White Bass - Fish the humps with spoons or live shad.

Catfish - Fish the flats in 7 to 15 feet of water using cut shad.
